About the Role

Applications are invited for a dynamic and enthusiastic Division 1 Registered Nurse to lead the multidisciplinary team of the Primary Health Clinic and Needle Syringe Program.

This Team Leader position is responsible for the service delivery and development of the Primary Care Clinic (PCC), including the Needle Syringe Program. This service is committed to a harm minimisation approach which means a commitment to work with all clients who are seeking assistance to reduce the harms arising from their own or significant others use of substances and to do so without discrimination against clients because of their level of dependence or choices regarding these substances.  

The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality, accessible, holistic health care services; using consumer feedback in its development and review.
