About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in the Consumer & Family/Carer Service. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the service, including diary management, supporting a number of Committees, ordering office supplies, supporting buildings maintenance, and administering brokerage funds for consumers and carers.

About You

You will have experience in administration, preferably in a public healthcare setting, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint. You will be proficient in diary management, producing meeting agendas and taking minutes, and producing data reports mainly from Excel.

You will be available to work 60 hours per fortnight over Monday-Friday. We are able to offer some flexibility in working hours, a supportive and friendly working environment, and professional development opportunities.

Selection Criteria 3-5 years previous Administrative / Personal Assistant Experience

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

High level organisational & time management skills
