Reporting to the Director Digital Health PMO, the Senior Change Analyst is responsible for delivering organisational change management strategies and operational readiness activities to support our Microsoft 365 implementation. To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience with change programs in complex and challenging environments. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships are a must.

About The Role

Previous experience utilising an industry standard change management discipline (Formal certification in Prosci ADKAR® model would be highly regarded). It is expected that you will possess high-level communication (inter-personal, verbal and written), presentation and coaching skills with the ability to build relationships and influence change outcomes. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing people and teams through the change.

About You:

  • Provide the program/project with day-to-day change management delivery.
  • Ensure change activities have end-to-end ownership, including delivery of the change work as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities across the program/project.
  • Develop change artefacts including Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessments, change plans, Communications and learning collateral
  • Drive the identification of business impacts from the program/project and assessment of the organisational readiness for the changes being implemented by the program/project
  • Deliver advisory services to end users on usage of Microsoft 365 technology
  • Development and execution of a Communication Strategy and Plan that actively supports all stakeholder groups impacted by the program/project.
  • Liaise directly with other internal functions as appropriate to ensure any communication activities applicable to the program/project are completed.
  • Support business users with the identification and implementation of enhanced operations, enabled through the Microsoft 365 toolset.

What You Need:

  • Experience and knowledge of change management tools, principles, and methodologies
  • A strong understanding of how people and organisations experience change and go through the change process
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver engaging and professional communications for varied audiences
  • Knowledge of learning principles and strong experience facilitating and supporting the training of business users
  • Confident presentation and engagement with stakeholders
  • Experience working in waterfall, agile and hybrid project environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to demonstrate the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity at all times
  • Ability to enable the realisation of a project or task by communicating effectively between stakeholders and IT
  • Experience in working with SharePoint Online Communication sites and MS Teams would be highly regarded.
