This is an exciting new role within Adult Community Mental Health for a dynamic health professional as follows:
- OT - Grade 2
- RPN - Grade 3
- SW - Grade 2
- Psychologist Grade 2

About The Role
As a Community Care Team member you will work collaboratively with other clinicians to ensure high quality of care is provided to consumers in the service area. We will look to you to provide comprehensive mental health assessments and demonstrate competence in managing complex, mental health issues whilst adjusting to changing priorities.

It will be based at our new purpose designed Community Hub in Atherton Rd Oakleigh under the direction of the Manager Adult Community Mental Health.
What You Need to Know
The position involves Monday - Friday daytime roster. Clayton Community Mental Health Service is located close to the CBD and the South East sector. It is an autonomous role with the balance of working in a team environment. Access to high quality clinical supervision is offered.
We are looking for someone with: Qualifications and relevant registrations in Nursing, OT ,Social Work or Psychology
