The organisational and clinical model has been developed to provide mental health care that is flexible and responsive to the individual and developmental needs of the perinatal to adolescents populations and their families. As such, this model will support the provision of integrated mental health care for young people, guided by consistent, service-wide protocols and principles of care.
About the Role
The Early in Life Mental Health Service of Monash Health's Mental Health Program is seeking a dynamic, experienced psychiatrist for 1.0 eft consultant psychiatrist position. This position is to cover various community teams across ELMHS. The successful consultant psychiatrist would be working with a multidisciplinary team. The consultant psychiatrist position provides high-level psychiatric services within their approved scope of clinical practice as part of the Monash Health Mental Health Program at Monash Health. This is a senior Medical Position and carries with it the professional responsibilities of clinical leadership, teaching and training as well as administrative requirements.
About you
Applications should include an up to date Curriculum Vitae and the names of three professional referees. Applicants must hold FRANZCP or equivalent, be registrable in Victoria. A Certificate in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (Mindful) or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

- Demonstrated experience (aligned to position description noting no reference to years of experience)
- Current AHPRA registration
