The Transformation Office delivers on high priority organisational transformational objectives, in alignment with Monash Health strategic priorities. The team utilises improvement methodology, project management and change and engagement strategies to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
About Better@Home:
The 2020– 2021 Victorian Budget initiative, Better@Home, has provided $120.9 million over three years to deliver more healthcare within patients’ homes where appropriate and preferred by the patient, through use of home-delivered and virtual care. Monsah Health is working with our partners in South East Melbourne (Alfred Health and Peninsula Health) to deliver an ambitious suite of initiatives. Monash Health is currently focusing on HITH expansion, GEM@Home expansion and chronic disease management.
About The Role:
The Transformation Partner will support the delivery of the Transformation Office (TO) work plan, specifically aligned to the Better@Home initiatives. Working closely with other TO team members, Executives, General Managers, clinical leaders and frontline teams, you will provide advice and expertise to deliver initiatives in alignment with organisational priorities and the implementation of Monash Health’s Strategic Plan 2023.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in the facilitation of process improvement and redesign; delivery of small-medium scale complex projects in a health setting; and, have the acumen to influence, collaborate and build sustainable relationships with all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders.
What You Need:
- Relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification
- Certification in process redesign and/or improvement science is desirable.
- Project management and/or change management certification is desirable.
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Australian working rights
