About the role

Clayton Community Mental Health Centre is located in Clayton. A great location if you are living close to the CBD or in the South East Sector. The service comprises of a team of case managers, including RPN’s, OT’s and Social Workers. Case Managers are supported by Consultant Psychiatrists, Registrars, Clinical Psychologist, Patient Transition Coordinator, a Clozapine & Physical Health Clinician and Administrative support. Clayton Community Mental Health Service also has a strong leadership structure, supportive staff and excellent team culture.

As the Senior Clinician you will work collaboratively with other clinicians to ensure quality of care is provided to consumers in the service area. We will look to you to provide sound clinical input to the team and demonstrate competence in managing complex, mental health issues whilst adjusting to changing priorities.

Your ambitious and supportive disposition will see the success of the team reach many goals one being of course, good quality of care. Your approach is patient centred and view exceptional outcomes as a top priority. You are an expert whose clinical judgement will be recognised as authoritative. In clinical matters you will demonstrate your excellent knowledge base in dealing with complexities as well as being an effective resource for the team. Nurses are highly sought after however OT's and RPN's are welcome to apply
