Monash Health Aboriginal Employment Coordinator

Our in-house Aboriginal Employment Coordinator helps support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates to begin their career journey at Monash Health. We have a large range of employment opportunities in both non-clinical and clinical areas.

  • Once we receive your resume, you will receive a phone call directly from an Aboriginal Employment coordinator.
  • You’ll be asked a range of questions around your skills and capabilities. We will also ask you what you want to achieve during your career journey at Monash Health.
  • We will advise you of the current Monash Health vacancies that match your current skill set.
  • Those job links will be emailed directly to you so that you can apply for these jobs (for privacy reasons, this cannot be done on your behalf).
  • From there, the Aboriginal Employment coordinator will provide you with the support and guidance during your recruitment journey with Monash Health.
